The Goal
of Design

In a world where good artists copy and great artists steal, those bound by morality must adopt a different approach to design - an approach that dives way past the surface, into the depths of information exchange. This requires a designer to constantly ask the question "Why?", in a quest for delivering content that resonates with viewers on an emotional level. The goal is to make a real connection with the viewers and deliver content that leaves a lasting impression.

Simple Media Is Strong Media

In simplified media, subtleties often take a commanding role in the emotional impact one gets from a piece of content. A typeface might be a brand's chance at a good first impression. Appearance, whether we like it or not, is the foundation of consumer confidence. This may seem shallow, but it’s a necessary right of passage when establishing a new relationship. Simple media allows us to focus on presentation, and a win gets us to the next round.

Branding

Recognizing the face of modern business is easy, but establishing it’s character is a little more tricky. Character is often defined by applying hard earned skills towards something you believe in, and then holding the results up high with a message of why you were inspired to act in the first place. It’s a matter of practicing what you preach, and then leaving a mark, declaring “my work matters and it makes a difference every day”.
