Angry, Upset or Jealous?When defensive or reactive, stop and think "why am I getting upset?" Being cruel will perpetuate the issue, so instead, be vulnerable. Being gentle and vulerable is a true sign of strength and opens the door to solutions.

Emotional HealingCome to terms with truth. Find forgiveness. Enjoy self-love.

Thoughtful Healing:
Reflect on how you felt during an unfortunate truth for 2-5 minutes. Relive the the feelings and focus on how you and others felt. Now, focus on forgiveness for 2-5 minutes - recognizing that we all have different histories, upbringings and faults - we're human. Find the piece in knowing your making strides in building character and developing self-love.
